Production process
Metal-shaped corrugated pipe
Multi-axis CNC spin forming: Suitable for precision-shaped corrugated tubes, enabling accuracy control at the ±0.02mm level.
Internal High-Pressure Forming: The tube blank is expanded into a corrugated shape under a pressure of 200–400 MPa.
Segmented Wave-Forming: Used for large-diameter, non-circular corrugated pipes, this method first presses the corrugated sheets into individual segments and then assembles and welds them together.
Laser welding: Used for ultra-thin-walled, specially shaped corrugated tubes, achieving an ultra-narrow weld seam of just 0.05 mm.
Plastic Profile Corrugated Pipe
Extrusion Molding: Molten plastic is extruded through a specialized die to form a profiled tube blank, which is then processed by a corrugation machine.
Winding Molding: A process in which specially shaped strips are wound and fused together to form the structure, such as HDPE winding-structured wall pipes.
Injection Molding: Suitable for small, complex-shaped special corrugated pipe fittings.

Key Characteristics and Advantages of Corrugated Pipes with Non-Standard Profiles

A non-circular corrugated pipe refers to a type of corrugated pipe that differs from traditional pipes with circular cross-sections. Its cross-section features non-circular shapes such as polygons, ellipses, gourd shapes, squares, or rectangles, or its corrugation pattern exhibits special, non-standard configurations (such as Ω-shaped, S-shaped, or spiral patterns).
