The company traces its origins to the former Jintan Shuibeihongtu Rubber Products Factory. Products are simultaneously exported to South Korea, India, Iran, Russia, Poland and other nations. The company's principal products include: automotive half-shaft vibration dampers, suspension bushings, various vibration damping pads, non-standard seals, standard oil seals, O-rings, automotive engine vibration damping pads, door and window sealing strips, and other automotive and home appliance components. It also fulfils customer requirements for the development and production of specialised products. The company employs over 150 staff, including more than 20 engineering technicians and 30 management personnel. Its production facilities comprise 30 fully automatic injection moulding machines, 8 x 300T vacuum vulcanisers, 8 x 200T vacuum vulcanisers, 15 x 200T flat vulcanisers, 20 x flat vulcanisers under 100T, a complete rubber mixing plant, and a full suite of rubber physical property testing equipment. The company has established comprehensive R&D, testing, inspection, marketing, and service systems to ensure stringent quality control. It holds certifications including ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015.
In 2015 and 2018 respectively, the company established Changzhou Weichers Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. and Jiangsu Haowangde Industrial Co., Ltd., expanding into emerging sectors including wood-stone-plastic flooring, wall panels, and various composite flooring materials. Jiangsu Haowangde Industrial Co., Ltd. provides year-round import-export services for diverse enterprises, trading with over 50 countries and achieving annual sales exceeding US$16 million.
